• designed for newly diagnosed diabetics or those patients who have uncontrolled diabetes

• designed for patients who have complex wounds and for patients who need education and training on ostomy management
3. IV Therapy Program
• designed for patients who require administration of IV medicine such as antibiotics, antiviral, etc. and/or instruction on IV therapy and care
4. Pre- and Post- Joint Replacement Therapy Program
• Designed for patients who need joint replacement or who already had joint replacement surgery (Knee, Hip and Shoulder)
